Anto Paul is a Chartered Building Valuator and a Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers with over 30 years’ experience advising Clients of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.

Anto is the Associate Director responsible for our Commercial Management,Property Valuation, Project Management as well as the Marketing & Business Development function for the Practice.

Anto is a Civil Engineer with Post Graduate Specialization in Contracts Management, Master’s in Real Estate Valuation and PG in Surveying Practice from CEM, UK. He had 30 years’ service in commercial & Contracts Department of Lodha Group, Reliance Industries, DLF etc. with overseas experience in J&P, Besix, Kier International, Dadabhai Group LLCetc,.made him capable to offer advice on many aspects of the property and construction process.

He acts as a Contract Administrator/Employers Representativeof variety of construction projects from inception, through the design, pre-contract process, procurement and post contract activities till closure of project.
His service includes, but not limited to, Project Budgeting, Quantity Surveying, Property Valuation, Cash Flow Forecasting, Feasibility Cost Appraisals & Cost Planning, Contract Management, Project Management, Life Cycle Costing etc.
