He has more than 30 years’ service in projects execution for international consultants, Developers and Contractors.
The overseas experience in execution of IMF convention centre Dubai, famous Bab Al Shams resorts in Dubai, Ruwaise
palace for UAE president, Marriot hotel etc. made him capable to offer service on any aspects of the Project Management.
With proven project management skills & excellent team leadership. He had performed duties as Projects Director/Employers
Representative of variety of construction projects from inception till handing over, with modern construction
technology well ahead of stipulated time and cost. .
His service includes, but is not limited to, coordination with various consultants and Architects in design of project,
value engineering during design development, obtain project approvals, access the risks involved, master and micro
scheduling, project execution with modern construction technology with minimum destruction to environment, Quality
Assurance, cost control, handing over of project to client satisfaction.
